What We Collect

RackMath ("Plate Weights") collects only what's needed to provide the service:

• Account info: Email address (required for login), display name (optional)
• Workout data: Exercises, weights, sets, reps, and dates you log
• Subscription info: Payment status (we never see your card number)
• Uploaded images: Workout card photos sent for AI parsing (processed immediately, not stored)

How We Use It

• Store and sync your workouts across devices
• Calculate plates and track your personal records
• Process subscription payments
• Parse uploaded workout cards using AI

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond running the app.

Where It's Stored

• On your device: Workout data is stored locally so the app works offline
• Supabase: Cloud database (PostgreSQL) for account sync. Data encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest

Third-Party Services

• Supabase (database & authentication) — stores your account and workout data
• Stripe (payments) — processes subscriptions. We never see or store your card details
• Google (OAuth login) — provides sign-in. We only receive your email and name
• Anthropic (AI parsing) — processes uploaded workout card images. Images are sent for parsing and not retained by Anthropic beyond the API request

Your data is never sold to anyone.

Your Rights

• Access: Export all your data anytime (Settings → Your Data → Export/Backup)
• Delete: Delete your account and all data (Settings → Delete Account). This removes your data from our servers within 30 days
• Correct: Edit your workout data at any time

EU residents (GDPR) and California residents (CCPA) have additional rights including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to data processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Data Retention

We keep your workout data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is removed from our servers within 30 days. Uploaded workout card images are processed and discarded immediately — they are not stored.

Children

RackMath is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the app.

The Service

RackMath ("Plate Weights") is a workout tracking and barbell plate calculator app. It helps you log workouts, track personal records, and calculate plate loading. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use RackMath
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You own your workout data. We store it to provide the service

Subscriptions & Billing

• Premium features require a paid subscription ($4.99/month or $29.99/year)
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings or through your app store
• Refunds are handled per the policies of your payment provider (Stripe, Apple, or Google)

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

RackMath is a workout tracker, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. You assume all risk of injury when using suggested weights or following any workout program. RackMath is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from use of the app.

Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the service. This includes attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the app, or using the AI parsing feature to process non-workout content.

Intellectual Property

You own your workout data. We own the app code, design, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app.

Limitation of Liability

RackMath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
